Terms and Conditions

• Accounts will be invoiced to the person placing the order, unless we are instructed otherwise.
• We reserve the right to substitute materials or colours only if absolutely necessary.
• All measurements quoted are approximate.
• In the event of any unavoidable changes in terms and conditions or prices, advance warning will be given wherever possible.
• Payment for orders is to be made on receipt of our invoice.
• From April to October 30 days notice is required to guarantee delivery date.
• New customers payment on pro forma invoice
• For payment with order a 5% discount on rosettes is given.
• Large orders and regular customer a 5% discount on rosette prices is given
• Customers must always provide the date order required by.
  

Additional Charges

A minimum set up charge of £6.50 will be made on small or complicated orders.

Postage at cost. - Although we cannot accept responsibility for goods after dispatch we shall take every possible precaution to allow them to arrive at their destination on time and in perfect condition.
